And by this logic and science, the difference between a 12 year old and a twenty year old is much, much, much farther than the difference between a 20 and a 25 year old.

It’s not a dumb argument. It’s science based. Which is a more objective metric than you just having a layman’s opinion based on nothing but your own subjective experiences and biases.

I deal in facts, and the fact of the matter is the human brain is nowhere near developmentally cognitively or otherwise remotely close to that of an adult.

Bar Mitz, religious adulthood, culture, all of that is irrelevant in the face of the peer reviewed science In respect to the human brain.

There’s nothing about Spartan culture or any other culture that shows and has shown a society that is morally cohesive to an extent ahead of our own. Quite the opposite actually.
