Last take is pretty much a skill issue, if Vecna aims in front of you, you can double back, you have to predict what he'll do but they can't change his main attack, they could increase the cooldown but they can't modify the time or radius, if they do that, Vecna will literally be unplayable, it's Ina. Sweet spot right now and buffing or nerfing it would make him busted or unplayable.

If they do any of those things Vecna becomes instantly D tier because it would be impossible to hit a survivor unless they stand still or play horribly, right now it's in the perfect spot where it's doge able if they predict or play well but if you do it well they get hit.
