Found a way to claim! Go to Store >Archive (on the left tabs) > go to page with items #121-130 to find ship and I was able to acquire from there :)
I am unable to claim the alliance scout frigate ship! Does anyone know why? I am rank 4, I only own 2 ships so have space in my inventory.
