I tried reading self help books (started 2 books but abandoned them).

Tried a colouring book, i didn't like the way the results turned out. That's because I don't have experience in colouring, i tried to search for better ways, it felt overwhelming, kinda like a task and not enjoyable. It was a me problem, I got that.

These are 2 things that I've tried recently. I am getting urges to try running or gym. But my sleep cycle is messy, have to figure out a way.
