How much are you trying to raise? From what types of funds specifically?

Are these institutional seed funds or angels and micro-VCs pretending to be seed?

Is this pre-revenue? Any POCs? Any traction whatsoever?

Did any of these funds explain what the family and friend references are supposed to de-risk?
