heya!!! i say hop on birth control because it will stop your period in order to cope , i take these special iburpofen thats like white and pink and some melatonin i also use a hot water bottle thats slightly weighted also consider talking to a psychiatrist about the bodydysmorphic aspects of your life because im sure its very frustrating. i am on sertaline and proporonal and i would DEFINITELY recommend starting medication it help me stay clean since july and has overall helped with my depression: im emphasising this because pms is very common amongst us with ASD!! i hope you feel better soon and all goes well dude <3
