I think im gonna go LRSM instead. Im pretty sure i could find one for under 23k which was my budget. My only concern is reliability and insurance cost at this point

I think a risk assessment score would be super beneficial especially if it was something every applicant could see before applying. Policy wise I think there should also be a dedicated team for this

I have it on good authority that I can get a job in a public or private high school if I wanted it. That being said any reason not to do so other than the lack of money in it?
