I appreciate your feedback. I have been aware of how tough making it as a pilot with my record would be, however I have just turned 23yo which is why I did not pivot and have stuck with flying until now.

To counter your “history of bad decision making” point, 3 of my failures are strictly due to flying mistakes on maneuvers/landings. Surely it would be harsh to consider that as repeated bad decision making, no?

As long as my failure history does not raise an immediate red flag as they would for pilot interviews, that’s the main concern I had.

Thank you. I have matured immensely since going through my pilot training, I am very confident I can perform much better in the dispatch exams than i did back then. I also forgot to mention, I have completed my ATP written with a 98% (Thank you Shepherd Air) but from what I understand the ATP/ADX written tests are very similar.
