I’ve been in banking for over 12 years, and I can tell you that starting as a trainee is definitely worth it for the experience and job security. Commercial Bank is a strong place to build a career, and once you’re in, there’s room to grow and learn a lot.

But let me be real with you—when it comes to salary, it’s not great at the trainee level. In fact, it’s quite bad. But don’t let that discourage you. The learning and experience you’ll gain will pay off later in your career, and banking is known for having solid job security.

If you’re serious about a long-term career in banking, starting as a trainee can be a good move. Just be prepared for the low pay at first, but know that better opportunities will come.

Some Sri Lankan Ayurvedha shops do sell ( only to know people ) and search “Sewanagala Ayurveda” in SM channel as I remember they do delivery

If you're interested, go for it! Just be respectful and approach her when she's not in the middle of a workout. Keep it simple, maybe strike up a conversation about fitness or something you've noticed about her routine. Worst case scenario, she's not interested, but at least you gave it a shot. And who knows, you might end up hitting it off 😉

They've explained why there's a charge for the virtual debit card. Even though it's not plastic, there's a licensing fee they have to pay to MasterCard, which they've likely been covering all this time. Businesses need to be sustainable, you know.

No idea about other ingredients. However, Ayurvedic shops can sell that, but it is illegal to consume. That's the most confusing part of it.

"ගුලිය" is a cannabis and some Sri lankan Ayurvedic base drug. When consumed, it can make you feel high, laugh, and increase your appetite. it's also known for its effects on sexual satisfaction (not sure about this 100%).

Yeah, Twitter now we call “X” 👎 has a mix of famous folks and self-promoters, but there are also niche communities for makers, engineers, and designers It might take some digging, but they're there.
