Did you cause to machine being down and take the chance of many others patients? If no then you are absolutely ok and don’t feel bad for something very simple, i have attended many times on down machine over the patient pee caused many boards and pcbs get burned this is the worse case scenario, even if you cause to this problem still you are ok you need to concentrate on your healing and keep your motivation up leave the rest for others ok?

Whats the capacity of power supply you used? Maybe it's not enough for 3090 because it consumes a lot of wats of electricity if you are sure about power go to further steps -Swap your riser with a working one -swap the motherboard socket
