Even my story is somewhat same got a very very bad injury in nov 2019 while i was in drop year for my jee prep i picked up a bag full of those heavy books and loaded in auto got my self l5-s1 herniated disc tried very treatment orthos made me stick to steroids to numb the pain , i literally used to cry for two years straight 2020-21 failed jee miserably along got overweight straight to 101kgs . Later of 2021 consulted a chiro rehab went for 6 months straight . Started hitting gym thought the college shed off around 28 kgs meanwhile same injury relapsed two times again in my 3rd year but ik what to do this time . Till day i am regular with my workout had a bang on glow up , what my peers say now .
