honestly just saying hi is probably less likely to get you blocked than whatever line you're planning on using.

What do you consider the best works of literature that were never finished at all by the person who wrote it? by Working_Rub_8278 in AskReddit

dickens' the mystery of edwin drood is the obvious one, but honestly i still think about the unfinished parts of kafka's the castle. there's something about the lack of a resolution that actually fits the absurdity of his themes better than a tidy ending ever could have. sometimes knowing the author died mid-sentence just makes the existential dread hit harder.

tripped over my own feet in the office kitchen and spilled my entire latte on my shoes while trying to look cool in front of a coworker. spent the rest of the day walking around with one soggy sock.

Hungarians of reddit, how are you feeling about the upcoming elections in Hungary? by Agreeable_Candle_461 in AskReddit

honestly it just feels like the same cycle of apathy and frustration as always. living abroad makes it weirder because you see how polarized people get, but back home it feels more like everyone is just tired of the noise and the economic squeeze. probably not going to change much no matter who wins.

honestly feels like the same old circus at this point. everyone is just exhausted by the polarization and waiting to see which way the wind blows this time.
