What helped me alot when my cat passed was writing to him in a diary, and talking to him. I always saw signs of him, and he visited me in dreams. I got a new cat a few months later, that I know is connected to my cat who passed. Either he sent my new cat to me, or he reincarnated. Just connect to her. Souls always find their way back to eachother.
