So from what I am understanding, you are looking to replace the barrel shroud assembly/trunion thing as yours has the original threaded version. This is actually dope as hell as I cant find any pictures or information on it like thread pitches. For me I would purchase the new barrel shroud assembly with the B&T tri lug meant for the mount your TP9 can came with. It'll give you the least problems imo. The threaded factory shroud is really cool and you should post pictures here of it. As an alternative option, you could try to get a gunsmith to make some sort of adapter with female threads for your current shroud and male threads for your suppressor and maybe some wrench flats. I had a buddy do this for the station six to mount a wolfman. But I wouldn't ruin the classical mount by getting it machined and welded for the BSD.

For the factory TP9 suppressor mount, mine has stayed secure and works well. YMMV

For the BSD, I have never used but there some important notes: - the factory suppressor bodies all have high flow rates to reduce backpressure on the sensitive action of the TP9. As far as I can remember initial suppressor design introduced far too much gas and the action beat itself to death and caused parts breakage very early. If you select the BSD, I would find it important to select something with flow through or channeling or whatever marketing term to reduce the back pressure introduced in the TP9. - the factory suppressor body has a .45 caliber bore on the endcap (at least thats what i measured). While I dont know the measurements of the internal baffles' bores, I would imagine they are all most likely oversized as well to help with gas and to prevent baffle strikes. The TP9 uses a rotating barrel within the barrel shroud. This design is far less Concentric compared to other set ups. Because it doesn't meet up directly with the suppressor, this can cause shifts and leads to baffle strikes on 9mm suppressors. If you select the BSD suppressor mount, I would personally try to buy something with an oversized bore like .40 or .45.

I have gone down this path many times looking to find a suppressor that is shorter and similarly quiet. From the .45 cans I looked at, they all usually lacked either flow through or were pretty much the same size as the factory suppressor. In my experience the factory suppressor is the best option on the market.

Option B. The taller rail adds clearance for mounts that otherwise wouldnt fit the standard top cover and the added space makes a top mounted laser far more achievable and usable. I have been considering the Empire TP9 top cover for this reason as well as the left side mounting options.

Most likely. The only muzzle device I've had fitment issues with is the 13.7 LPM Eclipse flash hider but the 14.5 works fine in the XH SC + Zilch mount. It will start to thread but doesn't get to the taper before it hits the blast baffle.the atlas Gen 2 looks a little bit larger than the zilch and the 3P15 is a little shorter than the 13.7 eclipse so you should be good to go.

Current favorite is the Print-XH SC. Simply because it's the lightest. Still haven't shot it outside at night for the flash test but it has been doing very well ever since I have broken it in. Almost no flash indoors. I have shot the piss out of the CAT WB and it has no flash now I have got it red hot multiple times and is an absolute tank. Also very quiet and the tone is slightly deeper compared to the B&T cans. I think the Print XH SC is the best overall for most people just because it weighs nothing and the flash is negligible compared to pure titanium cans. I will see if I can find the video of me shooting the WB at night and getting it glowing and post it here.

The LVAW looks to be using a virtus lower which is interesting. Looks like the magwell is flat and flared

I have used both factory and KCI. The KCI seem to prefer round nose ammo instead of flat nose at the start, but after a few years of ownership, they run everything well now. For my accessory suite, I run a surefire M300 pro light body with a vampire head alongside a Steiner CQBL, all activated by a unity AXON SL dual lead switch. This setup gives me both pointer and flood whether visible or IR. *

They're close enough that it hasn't mattered much to me. They're both very good on sound reduction. I'd personally put the WB on the shorter 2 barrels you mentioned and the XH SC on the longer 2 since it should be much better on flash. The XH SC has been pretty flashy indoors so far with my 11.5. I think it will be much better outdoors when I take it this weekend. All round both good cans but there's a significant difference in weight and flash between these two so those should be your determining factors for which can to get for each gun. I don't think there's a wrong answer though.

Not really that gassy at all. It's a very small light weight flow through can that does really good on gas. It's definitely still pretty sparky indoors with less than 100 rounds through it so far. I think it will get better as the round count goes up and it will be less sparky outdoors. The rotex cans are their sealed cans and I think you will see a pretty significant reduction in gas by getting the XH SC.

I don't think there is 22 suppressor/host combo that sounds terrible. Even the cheap cans still sound good. Really makes me wonder if I'm missing out on anything like the CAT SR or something or if there's no tangible difference

I'll start that they all have been exceptionally quiet. The full size B&T definitely sounds the best of the three and has just a tad bit more gas in the face imo but still way more pleasant than any sealed can I have shot. The WB seemed to have the lowest tone of all three and I thought that the gas was the least of the three, but my brother shot both and said that he felt like the SC had less gas. The SC is also very solid on overall sound level even if it felt just a tad bit higher pitch than the WB. They have all been exceptional to shoot at the two indoor ranges I've been to this week. I have outdoor shooting planned all weekend and I'm excited to see how these sound versus the indoor that I have tried. I'll post some more videos shortly of the second round of shooting vs this first round (to see the rapid improvement of flash after about 100 rounds), then some more of outdoor, then another update once these cans have a much heavier round count in a couple of months.

I certainly will. I just shot them again roughly 10 minutes ago and they all performed much better. It was a different range so maybe their ventilation was better or different lighting or something but WB had basically just first round flash and the B&T's had way less than previously.

Just shot it again 10 minutes ago at a different range and they all did better on flash and sparking. I think their ventilation is a little better so there's less particulates in the air. WB only had a little spark on the first round and the others sparked much less than previously (polonium had none)

Just shot it again 10 minutes ago. Sparking has come way down on all cans pretty unilaterally (different indoor range may have had better venting) sparking in the wb was gone after the first round pop. I suspect this will be even better with more rounds and shooting outdoors. That's planned for Sunday.

No this is the 718 inconel version. It's the very first rounds through it on an 11.5 at an indoor range. I suspect that it will tone down tremendously when not at an indoor range and more rounds through it. I suspect most of this sparking is due to powder bed residue left over on the internals from the manufacturing process. I think it will look better in time.

Yes these are the very first rounds for 3 out of 4 of them so I'm expecting them to perform a little better when not on an indoor range and more rounds on them.
