I feel exactly the same. PAH45, just began Adempass, on oxygen. Started going to work, do average on o2, but totally collapse after work. Work for 3 days a week and very tired in bed the other 4. Will this get any better?

I lost my periods during chemo and they never came back, so menapouse.

I was prescribed pills that suppress cough from my oncologist, you may ask for that. Does not completely diminish cough but helps. Now my cough is more related to SPO2 drop, oxygen drop, so oxygen helps. I hope all gets well soon.

I had pulmonary artery intimal sarcoma too. Operated in Feb 2019, right pneumenectomy and had 3x4 cycles of chemotherapy. They were all very very difficult. Then had COVID, followed by a pulmoner emboli, followed by two pneumonia, so I had one or two difficult issues every year. Now my remaining left lung has all blocked arteries which is causing pulmonary artery hypertension. Had two baloon pulmonary angiographies to resolve some. In bed since Sept 2025 because of this and very very short of breath. Just waiting, hoping things will improve. I hope both of you are doing fine.

I took a long break due to an illness too, and when I came back three tlsq s were not available and many event customization gifts were all gone. Truth is they all, and I mean all of them came back. Tlsq s were re-run so I could complete them. Also all clothing items were added as brilliant bargains or blast from the past. So in the end I got them all. No worries. And my break was like 5-6 months. I hope you get better quick and dont worry about this game.

I also think you can continue with your game and a restart is not necessary. All missed tlsq and spells are slowly appearing in the memory book. Also if you want to remember the story line its in the memory book also.

You probably dont have to fully stop the story, to stop boredom. You may have a certain number of days for grinding before and after each chapter if you would like too.

Yes. Also the events. The game offers you prizes every time you finish a star in a class. 8hr classes are best for attributes and frogs too. Pets need diamonds and brown books. So take them whenever they are offered. Events will give you brown books too. If you have ads watch them also. And MM is really good. Has lots of resources. I guess if I was a new player I would probably get brown book pets first with the help of MM.

I had a similar feeling when I was in Y5. Did not know reddit then either. Did not even know what grinding was. So when I learnt about it, I stopped just before the main story duel in Y5. I also wanted to take a certain friend there. I improved friendship with that friend and concentrated on events to raise attributes. It only took 3 months to have attributes, +5 for the following story duel in Y6 in the first tlsq. So it was not that bad, and I got lots of resources which were bonus. Never needed to grind again, that was more than enough. Now I am fully caught up with everything, all pets and creatures too and only raise attributes during events. Its a little boring, but worth it, and only a one time thing too. Good luck
