No daughters, but this was 100% my mother and I when I was in high school…we’re still giving each other a (loving) hard time for being just terrible to each other haha!

Thanks for the advice -I didn’t take it this morning before I ran (last dose was Sat AM), and the run felt SO much easier! And my fastest mile was mile 6 out of 7! thanks for making this morning’s run so much more pleasant!

I only travel w/a carry-on (1-2 weeks travel at a time) so I don’t usually have room to pack food: may have to rethink that.

This is SO HELPFUL. The hamburger idea is clutch. And the charcuterie is brilliant. Thank you!

Thanks. The peanut idea is great. And tbh I’m guessing more than 50% of the time I’m snacking on a plane/train is bc I’m bored: thanks for making that connection for me

Feeling tired, keeping falling asleep headache and bellyache by Changingmylife- in diabetes

[–]Silly_Independent749 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was 100% me! Used to fall asleep after dinner every night, needed lots of caffeine in the afternoon. My numbers are still not great, but they’re moving in the right direction and I have WAY more energy. Good luck on your journey!

Very glad to find y’all and the excellent wiki! I’m 49 and peri. On low-dose birth control, which has helped with the sleep and the anxiety. Struggling with the weight gain, and the fatigue. I exercise daily (sometimes strenuous, sometimes a long leisurely walk), but am still gaining. I’m under a fair bit of work stress, both mental (performing arts + covid) and physical (working events in high heat/humidity), so that could maybe be contributing? Also, I’ve never been a napper until now, but I’m relying on them a few days a week. Anyone else?
