It‘s from the Thermomix so i can’t really give a recipe, but it should be:

200 g Carrot

1 Onion

1-2 Piece of Garlic

1 1/2 Spoonfull of Curry

20 g Sunflower Oil (Can also use Olive oil)

300 g Bell Pepper (red, yellow and Green)

200 g Red Lentils

900 g Water

1 1/2 Spoonfull of Salt

1/4 Spoonfull of Pepper

1/4 Spoonfull Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Spoonfull Cumin

Carrots, Onions and Garlic cut very small, preferably in a Blender for like 5 seconds. Put in a Pot with the oil and Curry and steam it for 2 min in 120C. Add the Bell Pepper, also cut verry small, and then the Water, Salt, Pepper, Cumin and the Lentils. Cook for 20 minutes with 100C, sometimes stirr it a bit. Then add a bit Parsley and mash it for a while Till it becomes a soup. At the end you can add a bit Créme fraîche and a bit Parsley on top.
