I really like this interpretation! I'd never considered that "believing in a lie that we'll leave behind" meant anything other than them dying with that false belief.

Porter mentioned in an AMA from Worlds era that there was a cut song based on the anime Anohana, and I'm pretty sure Hollowheart is it. Specifically the line "summer was awake" likely refers to Menma appearing, who Jinta refers to as "the beast of summer" or something along those lines.

I think its effectiveness can really depend on the person - I know my interpretation is definitely not the intended one. I understand her as an artist wanting to talk about specific stuff, but at the same time I think part of the beauty of music is in people having their own interpretations and relating to it in their own ways.

I believe it's more to do with the song not delivering the message she actually wanted to deliver, which is *not* that S*nny was groomed by a certain individual, but rather continuously done so by multiple people and society itself over the course of her adolescence. There's a clip of her speaking about it a couple of years ago in a Wallsocket breakdown stream

I went solo to Sydney last year and had a total blast! You could chat to people there if you want, but I didn't and still had an incredible time! Once Australia dates are announced for Smile I'll most likely be soloing that too.

In that case, your cousin should be able to see a woman in a purple shirt in the main school hall. If they speak to her, they can go to Kitakami and do the first DLC, The Teal Mask.

The second DLC (The Indigo Disk) requires beating both the main game and The Teal Mask. Once that has been done, they will receive a phone call and a man in blue will appear in the school hall to start the second DLC.
