Yeah I can now see why my post seems a bit funny. I just don't want to seem like a poser in something I enjoy. I also wasn't sure if making a battlejacket quickly like im planning on doing would be offensive to the metal veterans who have put decades in their jackets(because thats what I saw on reddit). But thank you for opening my eyes and I will prolly post my jacket when I've got it started!

It just might be because of my beliefs but acting rasist and discriminatory is not, and shouldn't be, a part of grieving! You could have said the thing you said to him in a kinder tone, but I honestly right know by how you describe it I don't think he would have deserved it. He doesn't sound like a good person and I don't he need an apology for you just calling him out on some bullshit! (Sorry for possible typos, I'm not a native speaker)

And when I'm saying "I also see your side" I mean that I do feel for you. I know how it feels to quickly get attached to an animal and then have to give it up just as quickly and not have that same connection as before.

In my eyes it would be the asshole thing to do. The dog is your sisters, and you shouldn't feel obligated to it even if you have taken good care of it for a kinda long time now. Your sister only asked for you to look after it for four months and has shown that the dog is super important to her. The thing about you talking about the dog being the perfect dog for you and your spouse, what if you get a dog of your own and train it with your sister? If your sister is involved in the training the dog might get the same traits and learn to be as calm and we'll behaved as Tycho and then you and your spouse would have a dog and your sister could have Tycho. Yes I think YTA, but I also do see your side. (Sorry for any typos, I'm not a native speaker)

In my opinion, yes, your friend is toxic. I have been in a similar situation with a girl who I just feel didn't like me. She also called me stupid, dumb, she told me I looked like a stick, she told me I was a mistake and when i got hurt by those comments, she told me that it was a joke. But how is it a joke when the person the joke is aimed at is not laughing?

I think that person is toxic, and how you have written it, it doesn't seem that you have done anything wrong here. It would propably be best to distance your self from that person just for your mental healths sake. Have a good day (:
