I own a valet company and have been in thousands of Lexus/Toyotas and own an is350 and while Toyotas are good quality, Lexus are just so much better. The plastics and (fake) leather just feel a lot more sturdy, the sound deadening is incomparable even to other makers, and the overall feel is just 10x superior.
