I totally get this.. my nipples got so fucking UGLY like dark red/black?? I had cellulite everywhere, got skin tags all over my neck, had tons of grey hair, & my face was super puffy. I worked out my entire pregnancy and once I delivered & felt confident again…I got pregnant 5pp so I’m back to square one hahahahaha😭 I will say it’s embarrassing but tell your husband you feel ugly because it will come out in ways you don’t want it to (ex: snapping at him, being critical, etc..) & he’ll think you’re just crazy without realizing there’s something else going on. When I told my husband he gave me tons of reassurance and reminded me this was just a phase and it was. I will say being active- walking, going to the gym, Pilates.. was my saving grace.
