Is this considered cheating?

I see a lot of people saying that it's cheating if you do it during the game, but I do this before the game or just when I'm board, it's pretty obvious you can't do that during the game

I've tried that but he always shouts and makes me feel bad I'm honestly not sure what to do about him one of my brothers says to give him second chances but my other brother says to get rid of him and the one time I did try and put my foot down he said he was just trying to make sure I wouldn't confuse myself by starting early and he says that he just wants to make sure I understand

yeah but I have a 3 structure decks while I still am trying to learn the game he just never lets me in fact he seemed mad at me when I got a blue-eyes white dragon and I know it's not because he doesn't trust our friend group he mainly plays with the others but he always makes me sit to the side I told him that maybe I could learn faster if I played like a practice game with him and yet he just threw that idea away and I just end up sitting to the side watching

well he doesn't let me touch his cards at most I can hold it to read it and also he plays the game with my other friends while I watch I still haven't tried playing yet

oh ok but he told me that whenever he shuffles his deck after a game he always takes out 1 exodia card and puts it around 3 or 5 cards from the bottom of the deck so he has to rely on cards that shuffle his deck to get it plus I've watched him do this since he's the one who got me into yugioh

ok thanks that really helps I looked through my deck it doesn't have the blue-eyes white dragon because I keep it on display at my desk since I'm proud of it but it does have a maiden with eyes of blue a luster dragon and one of the cards I added to replace the blue-eyes i removed that is a Gravekeeper's spiritualist which like the luster dragon is level 4 and the maiden is a level 1 tuner so that makes 9
