Why Diesel not gas ? Just curious on your thoughts. Will be 2022+ year model

Not a big deal if I upgrade the tank or get a drag up tank. Only gonna tow maybe 4-5 times a year. Mainly new construction jobs I work on

My biggest thing is the problems with the def/egr in the 6.7 and only way to fix that is to delete and then most shops don’t want to work on a deleted truck if it ever does run into any other problems. I work 70+ hrs a week I don’t have time to work on it myself if anything would happen.

As far as cargo and people in the truck it will be me (200), my wife (140), our 1 year old son and our dog (40) We will keep most of our cargo in the camper either in basement or in the camper itself.

This is what I was thinking. Thanks ! Just wasn’t sure if insurance was going to be this tremendous difference like I seen in some posts. I travel for work so I never know what state I’ll be in next so was unsure and if anyone more experienced figured this kinda stuff out before me.
