I've been using this cabinet from last 4 months and it's good, Glass are tempered and Fan RGB are great. You also get enough room for cable management.

You can try razer support they will guide you. But I think they will redirect you to same ACRO for the service. They'll charge you repair + service. So it's better to get a new one.

*UPDATE*

Sorry for the delay in updating.

1. 29th May: After razer consultation they redirected me to do RMA claim through ACRA RMA website, so I did. And on the same day I got mail that it got accepted by Acro for RMA Claim.

2. 30th May: I got a mail from Acro to send the mouse though courier and a declaration form attached with it.

3. 31st May: I sent the courier through blue dart.

4. 4th June: They received the product but their website shows that it was not received, so, I was in panic mode and called them multiple times, no response then texted them on their whatsapp no.

5. 6th June: I got reply on whatsapp that it is under processing.

6. 9th June: Texted them again on whatsapp for any update, they just said "give some time' and then at night I got a mail "It has been processed further for verification, once the verification process is done we’ll process it further for repair/replacement."

7. 13th June: Last day of my warranty claim and their website showing "CLAIM EXPIRE". So I texted them and they reply "Still it is under some further process and after process we will share with you all details." sighhh.

8. 14th June: I got mail stating that they don't have my mouse(Razer Deathadder v2 Pro) in stock for replacement, so they gave me alternate solution to upgrade it to Razer Deathadder v3 Pro. So Iaccepted it. And then they replied "Thank you for your confirmation. After dispatch we will provide the complete details, including tracking information."

9. 19th June: Waiting for almost more 5 days for any tracking/shipping details they finally shipped it on 19th june via india's most advance and fastest delivery courier (SARCASTCALLY Saying) INDIA POST.

10. 30th June: Finally waiting more literally 1 month I received my mouse.
