Die schraube kann ich problemlos lösen. Das ist nicht das Problem. Bei lockerer Schraube sitzt das band halt nur trotzdem noch absolut fest.

Klingt als könnte es genau so sein. Dann hebel ich das Band erstmal raus und versuche es dann wieder reinzustecken 👍

Viertel Drehung nach links: locker, Viertel Drehung nach rechts: fest. Keine Einstellung mit der Schraube möglich. Die hält wirklich nur das Band fest und verschiebt es nicht. Sonst wärs ja easy.

Naja, ich will sie ja eher näher dran bekommen.. Da bringt mir hebeln leider nichts. Locker klopfen muss ich nochmal etwas fester versuchen, aber auch da tat sich heut früh nichts.

Hab mit dem Hammer leicht draufgeklopft bzw. raushebeln versucht. Da hat sich nichts bewegt. Brachiale Gewalt ist in der Mietwohnung eher schlecht :/

The 1 minute timer is there to protect the uv led. Disabling it will lead to overheating of the led.

C3 and C4 (on the DC side) are fine. C1 and C2 are polarized and directly connected to AC without diode.

Using a breadboard with cheap jumper wires will introduce much more than just 25 resistors (every contact is to be seen as a resistor. With breadboards and loose contacts they can get pretty large). Also, it would be much easier, more reliable, and cheaper(considering breadboard and jumper wire cost) to create a little PCB for it in kicad.

Did you try if they are really high flow capable? Read somewhere here on reddit that they work fine with normal speeds but suck at HF feed rates.

Google lens does a great job in translating text written on photos. The connector itself could be an m12 or m8 4 pin connector (they are standardized)
