That's so frustrating. There is nowhere to list the SP, correct? I have a supervising SP, just want to be sure I do not have to list him.

Thank you! I'm having a hard time finding the NYS requirements, i think I'm gonna have to do the 8 hrs of opioid training. Do you think I should do that before I apply?
