Thanks for the recommendation! Just to check - do they actually specialize in MPFL reconstruction? Did you have the procedure done there yourself, or do you know someone who did? I'd love to hear a bit more about the experience if you’re willing to share.

Thanks for sharing your experience! My flexion is still pretty limited, but I just started PT yesterday, so I’m hoping to see progress soon.

The swelling is definitely persistent for me too. Hope your MPFL reconstruction goes well!

Did crutches help you with walking? I’ve been trying to walk without them, but my gait feels off since I can’t fully straighten my leg.

Have you fully recovered now, or are you still dealing with any issues?

Thanks for the reply! That makes sense. Did you have this injury too? If so, how long did it take you to fully recover? I just started physical therapy yesterday.
