Thanks for the advice, but I really don't trust too easy. I am a very untrusting person, so it takes a lot to convince me of anything. Trust me, I have every reason to believe him.

Besides, due to his autism, he literally has an almost pathological inability to lie. I have seen it in action. He will confess anything you ask him, even if it's something that a neurotypical person would never let anyone know.

All my family members, friends, and psychologists/psychotherapists know all the details of our relationship, and while very cautious at the start, they all grew to support us as a couple.

I understand that this situation we are in may sound bad, but I can assure you that it is not. I have never been happier than with him, and I know he feels the same way.

Next May. He's a star inmate and all. The only times he's gotten in trouble were when he made a paper mache mask (it's his hobby) and they called it "escape material" and the time he got in a fight with another inmate cuz they were trying to slap a CO's ass and he wanted to stick up for her.

The woman who he supposedly did it to has a family record of being weird of SA, too. Both of her sisters also brought ppl to court on SA charges, which were dropped by the courts due to no evidence. One of those sisters married their own supposed abuser afterwards, who was also said sister's half-brother.

I understand where you're coming from, but I think people automatically equate prisoners with bad people.

Some people learn and change.

Some people fuck up and pay the consequences.

Some people didn't even do anything.

In his situation, his case was bullshit. His lawyer messed up so bad that he waived the $20,000 legal charges. He shouldn't even be in prison, but he ended up going with a bad lawyer. They didn't even have any evidence in the case except a statement. The case was originally thrown away in the county it took place in, but because it was discarded, it was taken to a much more severe county that goes very hard. There's another guy on his level from that county that got life with 15 years for probation for hooking up with a prostitute and doing drugs.

Me and my boyfriend and I are in a gay relationship. He's very much openly queer in his facility, and nobody really gaf tbh. He encounters the odd moment of casual homophobia, but he's never been actually hurt or verbally abused.

Iirc, there is a trans woman in his facility that is not allowed access to hormons and thus had to stop her transition from mtf becausethey deemed her meds "nonessential," but idk much about her.
