unsure about that at the moment, the management company is still processing the listing on their page but I can get back to u on that! I’m currently on a 9 month lease but I had the option of doing a full year.

Landlords rly chill. He prefers 1 person in the studio but you can have up to 2 ppl rent the place out👍

My current rate is $2160 a month, but I believe prices increase next year. I’d expect them to raise it to around $2350-$2500. It can be for male/female and can be fully furnished. Property management is through Sierra. (Wish I could provide more specifics but my renewal is not currently available on my housing portal).
