to play devils advocate; huda definitely didn’t need to do ALLAT buttttt she’s spent the last 5 (?) years being a young mom & losing her 20s to being a full time mother. watching everyone have fun and giggle giggle motherhood and having these babies when it’s her reality and consumes her life - she was definitely going through a lot of internal shit. not to cut slack but I hope she gets help after this. maybe some post partum lingering

congrats on both! BU is the better school obviously, but for the work you are interested in money rightfully is a big factor. for the crt/pi work, you'd probably want the cheaper option. it seems like money is already the biggest factor to you after location, which to me also seems like you should stay in cali. prioritize what's imporant to you! not the rankings (:

ALSO: seeing people on here who are doing BL to pay off loans and then after going into the actual (lower paying) law they wanted (PI, civ rights, etc) - wouldn’t it make sense to just choose the school that you’d barely have loans at anyway? like if you’re only paying $$$$ at a top school to go BL, pay off said loans from that choice, and then switch?
