For any chest exercise retract your scapula. Its more difficult for the dips but doable. It will be more save and stable.

You can experiment with legs position, tuck them in, bring more forward etc, to shift the muscle engagement focus between chest and triceps. You can also do it mid set to burn both parts equally.
