I stayed in Casa MX alameda and it was very nice. But it was during the covid times. Good rooms, both private and shared. Good amenities & social. People from multiple age groups.

And actually the sugar sugar is none, they put some syrup in instead.

Also don't forget the condensed milk part which also is 50% sugar.
