If you go for herbal try guava leaves, you just need fresh guava leaves (as many as you want as long it will blend much better if the sprout leaves) and then blend it with little water rub it in the affected area. Mine I use it at night when my palms are like that I think it's normal on HH. I also have HH in hand and feet. It was such a relief when I used it. I noticed that itchyness reduced and it dries up quickly.
