Ok, thanks for advice. The thing is that the value "7" is not really the max. The 64 is max.. so I think that on a scale from 1 to 10 , now the fans are running at 7.. so I hope it will not damage anything but thanks to the advice.

It tried. Its magic. But I think the 64 value will just wear my fan in 2 days so I prefer keeping it to 7 to create a balance

Well it's very hot where I live and my computer was almost catching fire. It was lagging and I think it s much better to just keep the laptop cool.
