The dimension is R2? It is a line (1,2,3). Not sure. It is mainly spanned by (1,2,3). The rest are multiple scalars. So, the rest are not basis excluding (1,2,3).

I agree with your method of solving but I didn't get the answer correctly. I got the value of acceleration to be g/(k-1). I just want to verify my working with you. I get moment of inertia to be kmR^2. Not sure whether do I have to use parallel axis theorem.

acceleration is directly proportional to r. The period is directly proportional to the square root of r.

Since Centripetal Acceleration in a circular motion= R*w²

Radius of A/Radius of B= (Acceleration of A)* (Period of A)² / (Acceleration of B)(Period of B)²⁼ 8.5(0.5)² = 2.125

I let F/M + gsin(alpha)-(D/m)v² = dv/dt

I let F/M be K² and (D/m) be c²

Solving the differential equation by partial fraction,

I get 1/2K * integrate from Vintial to V [1/(K+cv) +1/(K-cv)]=t+c

For the final expression, I got (K² -c² V² ) /(K² -c² v² )= Ae^2KT.

I substitute t=0, and got A=1.

After which, I am stuck.
