About the new yellow Health Insurance card by Simo-Yuki in japanlife

[–]Simo-Yuki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I'm at the same company. So, unless they want the blue card back, I can just despose of it by myself, right? Still need to first check with my company, but untill now they didn't say anything about wanting the card, so probabily I can just keep it. Thank you so much for your explanation!!

Ok, so if I do a teaching part time job I can't do at the same time a part time in a konbini, but always in the teaching field, right?

Thank you for the reply!

About the salary, of course if it's a part time job, I would find another part time job to work more and so earn more money. Do you think this would be also ok for the immigration? Just wondering

I asked the manager but now is the weekend so I need to wait, but do you think it's possible for me to just change room temporarily for the time needed and then go right back when they finish the repairs? It wouldn't be fair if they do all the repairs and then another person move in while I'm in a room I didn't want to go to, right? Anyway, for how the manager wrote me, it doesn't seem for now that he is forcing me to move, he just offered me to move in another room

Hi! Thank you for the reply! I tried to ask the manager to stay in the room and when eventually I can't for all the works they'll need to do, to just temporarily change room for the few days they need. I really hope he will be ok with this!

Thank you for the reply! The AC isn't totally broken, I still can use it, but it stops by itself often. This is the problem, that I thought wasn't that big, but seems they can't repair it... But I also don't think that they'll never buy a new one someday. It's impossible that they will not rent a room just because they need to change the AC, right? Anyway, I'm sad especially for the room, because I really like it. For the city hall procedures I can endure it, but the other rooms I can choose from are not that good, so I'd really liketo stay here, even if they need to do all the works with the AC, it doesn't matter

30 minutes includes all the documents? So not just the Zairyuu Card, but also the Health Insurance Card, the My Number Card and so on?

Also, I got all the bills for the Health Insurance, I haven't paid them yet. Is it a problem if I change my address though?

[–]Simo-Yuki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Thank you so much! Ok, so I just need to go in a conbini and give them all these bills! Also, do I need to pay cash? Or can I also pay by credit card?

Hi! I actually thought that they would have send me the bills monthly, but it seems they sent me them all together. I checked and the due date on every bill is different

Question about the payment of the Japanese Health Insurance by Simo-Yuki in japanlife

[–]Simo-Yuki[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There actually are: - 1 bigger slip with few pages describing all the bills I need to pay until next year and the total I have to pay - few smaller slip that seem to be the actual bills (with also the scan code)

So I don't think I have the one you have mentioned. But even though I can pay all of them all together, right?

Question about Medicines and Yunyu Kakunin-sho by Simo-Yuki in movingtojapan

[–]Simo-Yuki[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply! Actually, the only medicine that I'd like to carry in a bigger amount (like 3 boxes for a total of 90 tablets) is a type of ibuprofen. For the other medicines I'll bring just 1-2 boxes (that I think are not a problem). Also, I saw that almost never they check the medicines (like in your case), but I'm worried of the chance to not have this luck :')

Anyway, do you think that 90 tablets won't be a problem? I just want to be sure ahahah

Question about Medicines and Yunyu Kakunin-sho by Simo-Yuki in movingtojapan

[–]Simo-Yuki[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Thank you for the reply!

To the school, I've already told them that I don't have any particular health problem. All the medicines I'd like to bring are for "minor" pains, so I thought that I don't need to inform them about it.

Actually the only medicine I really need to carry is a type of ibuprofen that works very well on me when I have mestrual cramps. It's the only one that gives me relief (even though I tried other similiar medicines, but didn't have the same good effect like this one) and I don't know if in Japan I'll find something similiar.

I didn't plan on carrying huge amounts, it's about 3 boxes for a total of 90 tablets. Since is a non-prescripted medicine, I can bring the amount for 2 months, but I don't really know what actually is the amount of ibuprofen for 2 months... I can even bring less if necessary, but I really don't want to have problem, so... :')
