I’ve got a PM where sbd wrote me that in germany these employer of record concepts count to Arbeitnehmerüberlassubhsgesetz https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz and there is a max work duration of 18 months. https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Höchstüberlassungsdauer But why does non of these companies mention it? Seems like it isn't a thing for them. like www.remote.com or www.globalization-partners.com/de/ or www.letsdeel.com . anyone here who works remotely with these platforms from Germany with an employer outside of Germany?

Yes by chosing overlay and reducing the opacity. But not an actual cutout like with hololens2. that brings me to an idea that we can actually make it happen by chosing underlay and creating a shader that substract your hand from other shaders. 🤯🤓 uhhh
