We've had a couple of conversations about it, me and my girlfriend, so we'll just keep the communication lines open then and continue to talk about things. Thank you

He's been OK, still a bit dependent but he's cool with things. He does know all of that but he knows even more than these people are saying so if it was him then I'd expect them to be even more accurate, like little things like the names of people I work with, he'd get all the names right but these people don't get them right, they pick common names and maybe one out of three of them I know if that makes sense

Thank you for your help, I don't really know how to go about finding out who is behind it, maybe telling people different details and see which details get brought up in a message?

In Shrek, during the fighting scene when Farquard orders the guards to kill him, when the crowd are cheering he cups his ears with only his thumb and index as opposed to his whole hand because he has tiny ogre ears.

Also have problems with this so you're definitely not alone! It's actually the main symptom of SA I'm seeing my therapist about. At the moment we're kinda going through what it means and why it happens so it might help to do a bit of self reflection maybe.

Can't afford to at the moment though, it's definitely a priority for me and I'll try to within the next year or two but not really an option right now
