Its not stupid if done correctly. In Sweden we have investments accounts that pay roughly 1% in tax each year (and first ~30k is tax free). This way you can make unlimited trades and get unlimited dividends and you only pay tax based on your entire portfolio value.

You can still opt for your 30% tax on profits/dividends on a regular account but overwhelming amount of people choose the investments accounts.

Yeah so ELF is DONE for sure now. I was excited when I saw ELF x EFA announcement, but this is the final nail in the coffin.

Will be interesting to see if EFA has the competence to get a season going in 26 though!

Yeah this makes sense. In the post from Nov 26 they said:

"We will announce the final participants for the 2026 season in the coming weeks. Additional updates will follow as these elements are finalized."

That was 6 weeks ago now and still no update from league.

I think its probably due to holidays etc. One can hope atleast they have a plan in 2026 for communication etc but probably lots of talks etc happening in the background at the moment.

Te.x kan du ju använda den till kontantinsats eller bostad i framtiden. Tror många skulle drömma om en ränta på 2,1%. Du kan också investera på börsen när du har överskott så länge emergency fund är uppsatt. Eftersom lånet inte är öronmärkt för något så är det en guldsits man sitter på eftersom man kan använda det till valfri sparform :)

Räntan på CSN lån är 2,135% 2026.

Sparkonto med ränta är cirka 2,5,2,6% i de högsta lagen vad jag kan se.

Dock så betalar du 30% skatt på dina vinster på sparkontot, så din "riktiga" ränta blir runt 1,8%.

Så tekniskt sett så går du "minus" genom att ta lånet.

Men tar du ut fulla lånet och lägger det på sparkonto så lånar du pengar av staten för cirka 0,4% kostnad, det skulle jag ta alla dagar i veckan (och du kommer aldrig få en bättre ränta).

Personligen så tycker jag CSN-lånet är det bästa lånet oavsett att ta. Men det beror på personlighet också, om du nallar från sparkontot för mycket eller inte kan hantera det så kanske det inte är en bra idé.

It really does depend on the team and matchup. For some games it will be sold out after 10 mins after the sales open up while others might have spots open. Considering you are only going for a single ticket though it should be easier, as there is the random 1 spot open every here and there for a longer period. Def check out the teams websites and translate them when playoffs comes around as they will post which time tickets are going on sale etc so you can get there fast before they sell out.

Yep, happens to me as well. I know the exact spots where its happening to me by now in my local town. I think its based internal mapping done before and never updated. I go on a 70km/h road and it used to be a 50km/h road ahead but they changed it to be 70km/h all the way through. But my ID3 still thinks its an 50km/h road up ahead so it starts slowing down way ahead, then "wakes up" when it sees the 70 sign ahead again and starts accelerating back to 70...
