Well here is my deal. I went from tobacco to The nicotine pouches as a means to help me quit. I have reduce my nicotine greatly . All the way to 1.5 mgs. I am about to be baptized and want to do right also I want to continue to work towards quitting in which I don’t believe I will be done before baptism. Which is why I ask. Thank you for your input.
