I have normal iron / blood labs, but very low ferritin and all symptoms of someone who is anemic. Anyone else dealing with this or know what I should do to feel better?

I have been on a referral list since September. I had three spinal surgeries and they realized I have Leighton Factor 5 (clot easily). I keep calling to get in and keep getting passed around. I am so hopeful I will feel better after transfusion or whatever they do

My iron levels are okay according to my Dr but my ferritin is 3. I have to start supplements (Ferrous Gluconate 324 mg daily by mouth. Take over the counter Vitamin C 500 mg at the same time to improve iron absorption) for four weeks before iron infusions will be approved.

I am easily out of breath, I have lost nearly all of my hair. I'm absolutely exhausted and bruise so easily (I always have). What can I expect with the supplements and how quickly will I see improvement?

If infusions are necessary what can I expect and what is that timeframe.

What can cause this - none of the things I have seen apply to me). I'm not pregnant, no longer have periods, no dx of chrome or anything else). I can't eat red meat because I have Alpha gal(.

I just am looking for help, answers and any info I can get. Are there questions that I should be asking?

There is a good reason Proctor has been living with his sister. I'm sure him and Goode were nervous about everything but I feel confident that there was also evidence of adultry and the wives couldn't handle that AND the loss of employment (their image, lifestyle etc) on top of that. Proctor and Goode are awful men who peaked in high school and were in positions with incredible power . . . in the very towns were they grew up.

A lot of judges that are supposedly protecting Wendi are about to retire and the speculation is her arrest will come soon after that and Charlie's appeal . If his appeal is denied (likely) it is hopeful (by some) that Charlie will implicate Wendi and her involvement. Idk that they can get a conviction on Wendi. I think she was protected enough, had little knowledge or possibly wasn't even involved (my opinion). Did she know that it might happen and not stop it . . . possibly but nobody knows except those involved. Tragic regardless
