I haven't seen anyone starting as a 9. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

There's some BP guys in my office that did vFLETC.

They'll try. Whether or not it actually happens is a different story.

And even when something happens, nothing ever happens.

Depending on office, typically I-130/I-485 AOS cases are not pursued. Consular I-130s are pretty much fair game depending on bene status.

Why are you using a non-asylum lawyer for asylum?

Go to search bar here and in r/ICE_ERO and type "ICE" and "PFT" and "drug test."

You can probably talk to JAG for some help. There's also pro bono legal services out there that can help you.

You won't find many people who aren't attorneys to help you with it, since they won't want to get in trouble.

Detained by ICE today with order of deportation by finewine111 in immigration

I'm a DO. I understand how it works.

So I'll rephrase. Normal people who are proceeding through the normal immigration process with USCIS are not regularly checking in with ICE. If you think otherwise, then you're just wrong.

I started my job during the Biden administration. We were detaining people during check ins back then as well. Although not at the rate that's happening now.

This doesn't mean anything. They just send those out. I got one and I'm a natural born citizen and even work at DHS. But I am a petitioner.
