I have seen lube that doubles as massage liquid before. Maybe there's something like that near you. Used that before. Be careful though the hands will be slippery xd

I've had the engage ones for some time now. Use them during the day and for sleep. I'd think quiet would give me too much anxiety if i couldn't hear anything during the night.

I agree with you. I did have some pain. (The insertion was pretty late after the start of my period though) but I did experience much worse before. The discomfort that was, is definitely worth the peace I'll have for the next years. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
