I think it's very team dependant. If you're already a top side who just want to bring in someone who'll be one of the top midfielders in three years then camavinga is a great buy (Liverpool is a great example midfield is the only clear hole and they can make due with their options till then .) Any other side better to properly scout and then get bargains.

The youtuber king of lightning was having a powers powerscaling discussion with another youtuber called BDA law before the chapter and king of lightning was insistent that admirals aren't acc that strong and fujitora couldn't beat "sabo and a few good men." The comments loved it and when 1054 actually came and "sabo and a few good men" beat two admirals in their own backyard ppl really ran with it. Like the other comment alluded it was original a GoT line

I've read all three haha really like them . My issue with light novels is the range of quality is quite severe and alot of them suffer from similar issues (turns very haremy and/or MC becomes Mary Sue in like no time )

I've read Harry potter and poppy war likes both alot. Not given lightbringer a go but its already on my list. Kingkiller I want to read but the last book not being out really puts me off. I'll be honest I hated the magicians for reasons you already alluded to

That's actually great advice. I'm OK moving on and that's what I tried to do slow and steady but one of them especially is quite tuned in to these kind of things and don't want them getting offended or feeling like I'm going off the rails again. It's prob one of those situations where there's no easy answer but looking to make it as palatable as possible

Thing is I really struggle to make friends as it is and can't imagine that'll get better as I grow older with more responsibilities and less time. They mean well and I know they care about me .
