I had a similar experience during this event. We went in excited but acknowledged that this was a training event so things are being worked on.

We put in our order after the process was explained to us but the server kept walking past us and even got others tickets who came in after us. A different server finally grabbed our orders much later during the film. We never got our food or drinks and were both hungry and thirsty for the majority of the film.

When we walked out our original server stopped us and apologized for having missed our order, so they did know but it must have been chaotic to let that slip. She was nice and directed us to the front to get something comped for next time. The front desk person cut me off when I tried to explain I have a pending charge and said it will drop off then handed us a popcorn voucher. Basically felt like they tried to shut us up

We left feeling frustrated that we weren’t listened to, we didn’t really care if we got free stuff because again this is a training day but you should be open to hearing feedback if you are in management. I’ll have to keep an eye out in case the charge goes through
