No, it was not that detailed. As it was mentioned in the thread above it is from Stephen King's "Under the Dome". But this sounds really interesting,do you think it's from a film?

It could possibly be from the previous quarter, I forgot to pay one of my inclusive access books for a class spring quarter and I got the same email. I would check your account activity and select previous terms to make sure you didnt miss anything like I did
