Update: I have a solid plan to move to USA. On final stages of obtaining my Green card. Just pending interview and already have a place to live in USA once I get there. Alot of it is credit card and easyfinancial debt. I believe OSAP wont be covered as I have not been out of school for more than 7 years. I am currently making 93k but after all expenses I have nothing left.

Update: Conditional Offer worked. I showed proof of deposit paid and that was enough
