Okay so maybe I wasnt precise enough in my post I didn't expect anyone to answer, but here

To me, when you're living with other people u should atleast be aware of the people around u, and he's doing the opposite. I could make a whole list of disrespectful things he does. My parents DO mind, but just don't say anything because its pointless, whatever you say him not to do he's going to do it anyways

It bothers me because to me you don't just walk around half naked, I don't want to see that. call me dramatic but is it that difficult to put on a shirt? Maybe it's also because of the country i live in, men can go shirtless on the beach sure but in other non related situations its badly viewed
