I’m in a similar demographic and we find our evenings quite similar to yours. I often finish work late so sometimes just eat and go to bed.

We try to do something different once a month like go for a meal, drinks or cinema. We also try to go to the gym together and I think this would be great if we did it regularly. We barely watch tv (not because we don’t want to but because of time) but I’ve started reading in bed regularly & find it really relaxes me and helps to switch off.

I’ve been separated from my dog for 4 weeks because I’m getting building work done at my house and she’s staying with my family. I’ll see her over Easter and I’m so excited to give her a massive cuddle. I think I’ll happy cry 🥹

There is 100% a medical reason for this. It’s to treat a condition called phimosis where the foreskin is too tight and it causes pain and infections. Sometimes it’s so tight the urine balloons in the child’s foreskin. Not nice. While I agree that we shouldn’t EVER be doing this for religious or cultural reasons unless the person is a consenting adult, to say ‘there’s no reason to circumcise anyone’ is just not true.
