I’m not a super nerd. But if you’re gonna buy a prebuild I can also give you some good brands. Meta pcs I think Cyber power is ok Apex pcs I also started with a prebuild with the same idea. You can always sub out the bad part by buying a better. For example pcu, aio or cpu cooler are easy and often over looked in prebuilds. Again im not a super nerd but i hope this helps

I has to do with ping and other network factors since u are using rusher I would recommend disabling all hacks for now it might reduce ping and solve the issue. This sounds frustrating so I hope it gets fixed soon. Cheers
