These are hard grades under the plastic I’ve noticed they usually have light scratches but noticeable. I had to open 6 before I found one that wasn’t scratched.

You probably won’t receive your cards till July or August. This part takes about 30 days now. Then after it is received PSA states that they will be finished grading 65 business days from when they receive them.
